We are an alliance of 45 "Historically Black College & Universities (HBCUs) /Predominately Black Institutions (PBIs)" nursing programs, at the associate, bachelor, and masters levels, united to increase the diversity of registered nurses throughout the United States.

The National Strategy Alliance researches, compiles, disseminates, and promotes practices for educating and advancing qualified African American nurses into positions of leadership at health care organizations throughout the United States.
